March 2, 2013: The first phase of the new Thrissur Zoological Park will be inaugurated on March 16 at Puthur, Thrissur. The opening of the park will be a three day affair with international seminars, rallies, exhibitions, cultural programmes.
Chief minister Oommen Chandy will inaugurate the park on March 16which will be attended by ministers Ganesh Kumar and PK Jayalekshmi.
