Thrissur, 31 January, 2014: The 9th edition of ViBGYOR Film Festival (Rainbow festival) is scheduled for February 11-16, 2014. The festival touted as the largest alternative film festival in south Asia for International Short and Documentary films will be held at Kerala Sangeeta Nataka Academi, Thrissur.
P. Baburaj the well-known documentary filmmaker from Kerala, will be the Festival Director of the 9th edition. The Focus theme for the same is `Gender Justice’.
The festival will held at Sangeta Nataka Academy campus with screens at Regional Theatre, Natyagriham and Open Air auditorium.
The Film Spectrum in the Open Entry category at ViBGYOR Film Festival-2014 comprises of three major sectons, namely Focus of the Year Package, ViBGYOR Theme Packages and the Kerala Spectrum Package.
