Thrissur, 20 January, 2014: The National Level Pulse Polio Immunization programme was held yesterday on 19 January, 2014. 190608 children in the district were administered the polio drops medicine through 2118 booths all over Thrissur.
The District level pulse polio immunization programme was inaugurated by Sri. Therambil Ramakrishnan MLA at the District Hospital.
Those who were not able to give polio medicine yesterday for their kids can avail the service on Monday and Tuesday too, informed the health officials.
