Thrisur, 9 March 2014: Jolly Silks, the textile chain by Joy Alukkas group will be inaugurated at Thrissur on April 5, 2014. The textiles will be located inside the Mall of Joy being built by the Joy Alukkas group near the Sakthan Bus stand.
Jolly Silks currently has branches in Angamaly, Kollam, Thiruvalla, Muscat, Sharjah and Kuwait.
Jolly Silks is the Fashion & Silks retail business of Joyalukkas Group, which till recently was known as Joyalukkas Wedding Center. Jolly Silks offers a range of branded Women, Men's and Kids apparel. The extensive range for Women includes Designer Sarees, Lehenga Cholis, Churidars, Kurtas and Formal Dress Materials for Weddings, Occasions and Daily wear.
The launch of Thrissur showroom is expected to tighten the current textile war being held between the Kalyan Silks, Kalyan Sarees, EMKE, Jayalakshmi, Emmanuval Silks, Pulimoottil Silks, Seemas, Reliance Trends, West Side, Manshire, Sreelekshmi Silks, Elite Fabrics, Fashion Fabrics and other showrooms.
