Thrissur, 16 July 2014: Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council has started online registration for nurses and midwives who has secured their degree from Kerala and outside Kerala. The registration is mandatory for the nurses to work in any hospitals inside the state.
For registration the candidates has to visit the website www.knmc.org and select the relevant option from the following
Primary Registration (Kerala)
BSc Nursing
Diploma(GNM and ANM)
Reciprocal Registration (Outside Kerala)
BSc Nursing
Diploma(GNM and ANM)
Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council is an autonomous body under the Government of Kerala, Health and Family Welfare Department and was consituted by Government of Kerala under the provisions of Nurses and Midwives Act 1953.
