Thrissur, 6 August 2014: Kerala Government has notified that self attested certificates will be accepted in various government offices and for applying jobs via PSC.
Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has announced last week that attestation by Gazetted Officers is not mandatory for various certificates demanded by different government offices. The government order for the same was issued today. In the GO no. GO(P)24/2014 it is informed that for availing various government services the self attested certificates will be accepted. However original certificates should be produced if demanded. If the certificated produced as self attested if found to be fraud, the candidates will be debarred at any stage.
