Thrissur, 24 May, 2017: HiLITE group, one of the leading real estate developers in the state has announced its latest Mall project in Thrissur. The third shopping mall by the group in the state HiLite Mall Thrissur will be located at Kuttanellur near NH 47 and SH 22.
The mall will be built in 4 acres and have a total area of 7 lakh square feet with 500 crore expense.
The mall will have more that 150 retail outlets of leading brands, Food court, Hyper market, Family entertainment centre, 5 screen multiplex, multilevel car parking etc.
