Thrissur: The construction of Alpha Hospice under Alpha Palliative Care will be started by Collector V.R. Krishna Teja inaugurated. Alpha Chairman K.M. Nurdeen presided. Director Sathyan Anthikad delivered the keynote speech. C.P. Vishnu performed the dance. Alpha Hospice consists of 50 high dependency rooms, 140 bedded physiotherapy centre, 32 machine dialysis centre, 36 room care home and advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities. The center can provide palliative care inpatient treatment for 190 people at a time. Asha Group Chairman C.P. Salih, Maysaloon Group Cmd. Suma Velekat, Flora Group Chairman V.A. Hassan, VS. Sugunan, Ravi Kannampilil, V.J. Thompson, K.A. Kadijabi, Alpha Hospice Executive Council President Babu Panikulam and Secretary Rasheed Athira spoke.
